On July 24, 2024, Cisometric, along with Perkom and Huawei brought together a vibrant community of IT pros, security managers, and business leaders at the Ayana Hotel Jakarta for one of our #CyberTalks event, "Proactive Cyber Security For Indonesia." The turnout was amazing, and the energy in the room was palpable as we delved into the future of cybersecurity.

The day kicked off with a warm welcome and quickly moved into our first session.

Session 1: Optimizing Business Security with Huawei HiSec Technology

Victor Lapian, Huawei's CTO for Asia Pacific Enterprise Network Solutions at Huawei, set the stage with his deep dive into Huawei HiSec technology. Attendees got a firsthand look at how these innovations are making businesses more secure, providing practical tips and strategies to implement these solutions effectively.

Session 2: SOC Redefined: A Vision for Tomorrow, by Cisometric

The excitement only grew as Wawan Setiawan, Security Operations Center (SOC) Team Lead from Cisometric, took the stage for the next session. He shared innovative strategies for enhancing real-time monitoring, analysis, and threat response, showcasing how Cisometric is leading the way in cybersecurity advancements. The session also included a live demo of our SOC technology and process, drawing a flurry of intriguing questions from the crowd, leading to a discussion for the next session.

The interactive Q&A session was lively and insightful, with lots of great questions and discussions. It was fantastic to see so much engagement from the audience. Participants posed questions and shared their own experiences, making it a truly collaborative learning experience. It was inspiring to see so many professionals come together, united by a common goal of enhancing cybersecurity.

To close the event on a high note, we also held a door prize giveaway. Lucky winners and the first five people who asked questions during the Q&A session walked away with some fantastic prizes.
